About
DIY Easter Decorations is a free resource for handmade Easter decor and spring craft ideas. The guides are written for people who want to decorate a home, a table or a front door for Easter with their own hands, using paper, felt, twine, branches and other everyday craft materials.
What you will find here

Decoration only
Every project on this site is decorative. Nothing published here is a recipe, and nothing is presented as food. Decorated eggs are display pieces. When a project uses real eggs, the guide gives basic handling advice and links to official guidance; we do not make food-safety claims of our own.
Bunny, chick and egg shapes in the guides and templates are generic silhouettes. The site does not use branded or licensed characters.
How the guides are written
Each guide covers one project or one skill, with the steps in the order you carry them out. Measurements are given in inches with metric equivalents, and materials and tools are described by type rather than by brand, so you can use what you already have. Time estimates and finished sizes are approximate: paper weights, glues and drying times vary.
The illustrations on this site are original simplified drawings made for this site. They are not photographs of finished pieces, and they are not copies of any other creator’s work. They show the shape and the order of the steps; your own result will look like the materials you chose.
The instructions are our own and are written in plain language. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings or testimonials. Where a guide refers to background information, it links to the source.
Corrections and suggestions
If a step is unclear, a measurement looks wrong or a link is broken, please tell us through the Contact page. Clear instructions matter more to us than anything else on the site, and corrections are always welcome.
